The Court shall provide an opportunity to review, and, in the case of a motion, to have the judge's opinion reflected in the financial statement. (A2) It shall not be a defense to liability for financial statement failure to be a non-resident, a minor, or an adult for the failure to file financial statements in accordance with the terms of this order or any other order of the court. (A3) A judgment against the applicant or an individual who applies for benefits under Mass. Gen. Laws Ann. Ch. 764, § 1, or any court order or ruling made thereunder shall constitute a judgment against all current and future beneficiaries under the Social Security Act; the Social Security Act, or federal laws; federal civil rights laws; or any other law of any state or of the United States relating to the payment of benefits to dependents on a survivor basis. If an applicant fails to file any required financial statement, all rights or benefits which may be available under the Massachusetts General Laws and other statutes to the applicant shall be terminated. The failure to file means a failure to comply with the statutory requirements of this order or other order. (A4) Personal bankruptcy proceedings will not be considered as a financial statement if they result in more than 200 in bankruptcy-related liabilities as of the date of the application and no other creditor has an equitable right to receive that amount.
