The failure to file means a failure to comply with the statutory requirements of this order or other order. (A4) Personal bankruptcy proceedings will not be considered as a financial statement if they result in more than 200 in bankruptcy-related liabilities as of the date of the application and no other creditor has an equitable right to receive that amount.
